Meet our team

Molly Robb

Owner & Principal Engineer

Molly is our Principal Engineer. She graduated top of her class from Missouri S&T in 2015 with a 4.0 in Civil Engineering. She holds engineering licenses in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

She recently served as Vice President, then President of the Northwest Chapter of the Arkansas Society of Professional Engineers. She was also one of five professionals invited to be on the ULI Technical Assistance Panel for the City of Pea Ridge, helping to shape the future of the City’s parks and open space planning.

Molly has worked on hundreds of commercial developments across the United States, as well as dozens of commercial and residential developments in the Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri area. Her experience encompasses everything from commercial developments for national retailers, to residential developments for some of the biggest home builders in NWA, to a 200-acre industrial subdivision in SWMO, and everything in-between.

Jake Chavis

Owner & Project Engineer

Jake is our Project Engineer. Born and raised in Arkansas, he holds degrees in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Jake served on the Fayetteville Environmental Action Committee from 2019-2021, and he has an impressive background in stream and river restoration. He has worked on hundreds of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across the nation throughout his career, but he specializes in dense infill projects in the NWA area.

Jake has the unique perspective of not just being an experienced engineer, but also a developer and licensed realtor. His vision for projects is creative, cost-effective, and rooted in reason.

Chris Tilley

Managing Member & Project Coordinator

Chris is our Project Coordinator. He has a background in residential construction and project management. As a Project Manager for Old World Cottages he oversaw construction and managed timelines, subcontractors, and budgets for dozens of high-end custom homes in Southwest Missouri.

As a Civil Engineering Project Coordinator, he has worked on commercial developments across the country including O’Reilly Auto Parts, Sonic Drive-Ins, Dollar General, Max Alley Investments, and Domino’s Pizza making sure they were permitted correctly and efficiently. He has also worked on residential developments from the likes of NuBrix Homes, Upward Housing Group, Sweet Homes of NWA, Homes by Roth, and Schuber Mitchell Homes.

At Odyssey he has created our project tracking system and coordinates every project from proposal to final permit.

Dalton Carlson

Civil Designer

Dalton is our Civil Designer. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2018 with a degree in Landscape Architectural Studies and a minor in General Business. Dalton has worked on commercial, industrial, and residential developments throughout all of Northwest Arkansas, Fort Smith, Little Rock, and even Oklahoma. If you’re driving through Northwest Arkansas, chances are you are less than a mile away from a project Dalton had a hand in designing.

Katrina Smith

Associate Engineer

Katrina is our Associate Engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri State University and is an active member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. She has collected a unique and well-rounded perspective on engineering in both Arkansas and Missouri through her prior work with Liberty Utilities and the Missouri Department of Transportation. At Odyssey, Katrina designs residential and commercial developments, with a focus on subdivision design.

Galilea Martinez Cruz

Engineering Intern

Gali is our Engineering Intern. She is currently a student at the University of Arkansas, working towards a degree in Biological Engineering. At Odyssey, she’s had firsthand experience laying out developments and learning the processes of designing and permitting a project through our local jurisdictions.
